Questions people ask
How do I sign in?
Open the app and enter the email you used when you ordered. We send you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.
I bought a book but don't see its hub
Check that you signed in with the same email you used at checkout. If you ordered with a different email, add it under Settings in the app.
How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership is managed through Whop, the payment service used at checkout. Sign in to your Whop account with your order email and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Need a hand? Email support@getneyla.com.
Is it safe for my kids?
The adult who bought the book owns the account. Kids' activities have no ads, no chat and no links that lead out of the app.
